yea, he can do this because he hasn't yet begun to visualize the world in symbols like we older people do. for example, you read words as a whole, based on what the word is shaped like, and when asked to draw a house, 90% of people draw the same front view with a door, two windows and a doorknob, with a triangle roof. He's very talented though.

dragging your finger along is a native skill. Understanding the concept of dot matrix painting is not something a 3 year old does.

that would be the coolest thing ever if it was real, but you never actually see him painting it, you see the tip of his hand and the picture and seeing as his camera is right there i would bet his Dad is holding his arm and dotting it for him. Things like the turtles bandana blowing in the wind is somthing a three year old isn't thinking about when hes drawing a picture same goes for shading and background so without showing him drawing the picture WITHOUT zooming in makes me think this is fake.

and this type of art is purely visual, and as you get older and your mind becomes more complex, it starts to tell you what you see instead of using your eyes to tell you what you see. he's young, he has a turtle model, so leaving out highlights is understandable if he see's it, and not just thinking the whole thing is green.
